I think Trump, like most good faith diplomacy, has to give a "bone" to the North Koreans. And lets think about this...Trump didn't just do this yesterday...we are allll aware that we have been in talks/negotiations for about a month.

I know the bias media is now worried about these yearly, 2 weeks training exercises...because it has very little to criticize. You do understand the North Koreans wanted nuclear umbrella gone, immediate sanction relief, government aid and the removal for American troops along its border...these exercises as a chip of good faith changes very little militarily about the US commitment to South Korea and the region.
