Sorry for your loss. My stepfather died suddenly in 2014, heart attack in his sleep. It was definitely a shock and so strange vs when my real Dad died in 2012 after a battle with cancer. No good byes, no preparing for it, just here one day and gone the next.

I'm guessing Rich had a heart attack too or a stroke.
