All this means is that the Redskins were in their rights to fire him. Cooley was the one who started the rumor that he was drinking too much, I'm gonna need some more proof than a former Redskin spouting rumors to believe that was the reason.

Either way, I've since moved on. Best of luck to him elsewhere.
