Should Gruden be fired ?

I say yes. I think we've seen enough out of Gruden by now to know what you get.

His team's are consistently not prepared, and show up Flat.

He's a poor man's Jeff Fisher. He will always hover around 8-8 / 9-7. His teams are not the WORST in the NFL but they are nowhere near the best.

You can use injuries as an excuse but something is fishy when his teams are among the most injured in the NFL year after year. Could all of the light practices and "Club Jay" BS have to do with that?
