Why is everyone so obsessed with Gregg Williams? I say there are much better candidates like, David Shaw, Matt LaFleur, Shane Waldron, Bill Lazor.

For one thing we saw, first hand, how good the Redskins defense was when Gregg was the DC. We saw gang tackling, we saw players wrapping up ball carriers, etc.. and people, right or wrong, seem to equate the 4-3 to being more of a successful base defense for the 'skins rather than the 3-4. That part can certainly be debated, but why not Gregg Williams? I'm sure you'd be thrilled to death if the 'skins brought Sean Payton to Washington, even though Payton was suspended a year for the same incident.
