I'd prefer for both to be gone, would be almost as happy if just Allen is gone, and absolutely fucking livid if Allen stays and only Jay is fired.

I am really just the opposite. If Allens gone ok but jay has had 5 years to call his shots, make roster moves, choose coordinators, he can't do it at this level. Now that said - you have to replace him with a coach who has a fire in him and have Allen know his place in the scheme of things, which is to basically mollify DS and keep him from over inserting himself in the player - coach dynamic.
