Other teams are making moves, but so far, other than Tampa Bay, i can’t really say that i really feel that the guys teams are hiring seem markedly better than the guys they’re replacing.

In fact, I’d definitively say Arizona has downgraded and Green Bay has replaced a slightly above average coach with one who is boom or bust.

I am frustrated with the lack of activity thus far, but I’d rather see us take our time and make the RIGHT moves than make moves for the sake of it. I think manusky needs to go, but not unless we know for a certainty we can land a coach who is a clear upgrade.
