He does care. He's made big changes before. He used to fire coaches left and right. He was too trigger happy. Had he been more patient with the likes of Turner and Marty, we could have built something. At this point, our own coaches want out. The reports are that the skins did not fire Kotwica. I'm wondering if he made it known he wanted out and so Gruden let him. Reports are that Tomsula and Callahan are unhappy as well.



I don't think we've hit rock bottom yet.



At some point, Snyder will clean house, just like he did post-Zorn/Cerrato. We were all hoping it would be this year, but its looking like we may have to wait for 2020.

Or Gruden surprises us and they win 13 next year and make a deep playoff run
