I don't agree that he can't play decent football - I do agree that you can't count on him for 16 games, hence the need for a backup plan. But if 3-13 this year means we preserve the long term cap flexibility, then I'll live with it. My main point is I don't want to see us do anything that compromises our cap flexibility because in that case you wouldn't be able to find a coach on earth that would want this job.
