Drops aside, Patten isn't getting many looks. With Moss being a deep threat, and Cooley being underneath, Patten is basically a 3rd or 4th checkdown during any pass play.
It just seems to me that Brunell is content in throwing the ball to Moss. There have been several times this year where he's forced the ball in, rather than hitting an open Patten. Is it because of the hands? Who knows? I do know that Thrash is no #2 receiver.
