Vinny interview has a ton of great quotes already. Anybody who has listened to Vinny before..the guy doesn't hold back and seems very honest in his answers.

The best is under the context of Snyder picking Haskins, Vinny says "if it doesn't work out, it will never be the owner's fault. That's part of the (GM) job, but Snyder will not take the blame for Haskins nor Sweat if it doesn't work out."
