This. This is why it's so hard to find any optimism going forward with this franchise. Are all of these folks going to be involved in the starting WR positions too?? The RBs?? The LBs?? I'm betting Jay cannot wait to get fired after this season to get out of this organization.

After he left the Skins, Mike Shanahan revealed that Dan Snyder has no interest in any position other than QB, over which Snyder somehow thinks he is qualified to have the final say. My point being that Snyder probably won't be involved in decisions about other positions.
