I just we cant just let him go...Its the braintrust (tongue in cheek) job to smooth it over before camp and bring him back in the fold. Trent doesn't have an option. If things only get much worse should be explore trade option

We have a few more good years with Trent Williams. But the high draft picks the team has been using to build the DL are going to have to swing back to the OL in the next few years.

I think ego drives the need to want more money, he believes he deserves to be the highest paid tackle and he no longer is. No me he doesn't deserve to be paid the highest because of durability issues, which aren't going to improve with age.
