I don't think it would have flipped them but I would imagine Gruden could have turned the 12 win on average Patriots into a 9-10 average win team and Belichick squeezed 9-10 wins out of the Redskins instead of 7. Pretty sure with Bill we wouldn't have players mouthing off constantly and the guys who couldn't stay on the field would not last long.

Doesn’t Bill have personnel decisions in Boston? Here he would have BA choosing players and keeping them regardless of if they were a problem
