Why anyone who isn't desperate for a job would work for this organization is beyond me. Look at what they did to Scot McCloughan. Any other organization would say they had a mutual parting of the ways and leave it at that, even if the guy was guzzling whiskey at his desk all day.

What is he doing wrong that would be a personal conduct violation?

It’s just someone trying to make him look bad. Just like what was done to just about everyone on their way out here. It’s pathetic.
