What coach is better out of these two

I'm going with Jimmy too. Not only did he win, he kept those guys there. He had Ervin taking pay cuts. Every single one of those guys believed the system and worked hard for it. I think Parcells is a great coach, but for my pick for head coach I'd take Johnson.

PS - Just because he was a former Miami coach doesn't mean every Miami player is awesome.
