"Dan Graziano reports that since Trent Williams is still holding out, he can’t report to the team, which was reported to be his plan. The Redskins would have to request he be reinstated by the NFL Commissioner. Trent can’t report after the deadline, and still accrue a season which would have gotten him one year closer to free agency. Williams will now likely be sidelined until the offseason. The Redskins will get cap credits for the remainder of this year, and will have him under contract for two years when they look to trade him next year."
