First off Bruce Allen is worthlessness POS, Kyle Smith has done a fine job picking players the last 2 years. Last I heard picking players was a group effort, with Allen, Smith, Doug Williams, and Gruden all having input (up until this year when popular opinion is that Gruden was ousted from the group).
