Gibbs just won another Championship in Nascar...we should start a letter campaign or something to get Gibbs to buy into the team to give him a say so on running things.


Gibbs ability to organize a sound structure and then find great people to run it...he is beyond proven. He did it in Football and then broke into Nascar and did it from the ground up. Give him ownership interest and make him President of the Team.
