Seriously, the Alex Smith road is probably just as bad as Bruce staying. The problem is no seasoned well regarded GM is ever coming here same goes for HC.

At this point just make Alex Smith GM and Colt McCOy HC, AP OC and Junior Gillette DC. I can do special teams I am pretty slow at work right now.
