I did a dry January just for kicks and I liked how I felt on Saturday and Sunday mornings so much that I kept it up. I'm a much more boring Schneed now than I used to be.
Can't keep it up forever because damn bourbon is good. But it has definitely helped some with sleep. I'm goin thirty eight man chill the fuck out, mow your damn lawn and sit the hell down. lol
