RR knows Cam enough to know Cam is not the answer as starter. Might they kick the tires for Cam as a cheap back up? Sure. But as back up and only if he comes in cheap.
On Haskins, yes he is still a work in progress but they are not going to give up on him.
Tua talk at #2 is a joke. More like#5 if then. Tua couldn't stay healthy against college defenses, he will break against NFL defenses. I would not make him my future.
