Ronald Jones is a pretty good running back and they can always/quickly upgrade at that position IMO (Melvin Gordon is a free agent for example). I think Brady is the type of guy that can vastly improve an o-line due to his quick release.

I had Tampa Bay as the #2 destination for Brady. Honestly, I don't know how he didn't end up with the Chargers.
