I gave them the deposit of $275 x 2 units back in December. So I did get an email reply and they gave me a new number to call. The guy says to give it until April 30th to see what happens. Problem is I have filed the dispute with my credit card company and if I pull the dispute it will be considered as resolved. So now I'm stuck with believing the guy or letting the dispute run its course. I will add we have been renting from this same co for 18 years.
