What is the difference between Shanahan wanting “all the power” and the current “coach-centric” structure with Rivera having all the power. It’s the same thing.

The fact that things were divisive and chaotic here under shanahan had nothing to do with shanahan and everything to do with bruce Allen and a Diva QB - two proven failures who undermined the coach at every opportunity.
