Would be the traditional Orioles way of doing business. Being cheap on the no. 2 pick because they worry about making that no 30 pick sligthty better.

edit -- apparently Martin has Boras as his agent and wants 1.1 (1st overall pick) money and not 1.2 (2nd overall) money.
