Loved this story from John Keim: A story to sum up Bugel: Before the NFC Champ game in Jan 1983, Bugel was nervous facing the Dallas DL. The non-smoker was smoking in the locker room in pre-game. After the anthem, he shouted for Dallas DL coach Ernie Stautner. Then flipped him off. Russ Grimm went on to destroy Randy White.
