I read into how the counts are done. What she is referring to is a preliminary count done at the time of death. Then the death certificate is sent to the cdc where they bet it to see if it should count for the official total.
Pretty sure I posted articles on this a while back in this thread. The numbers I post are the final count totals from the cdc or world count not the preliminary ones.
