Abraham should be a free agent as the Jets are $30 million over next year's cap and can't afford to franchise him without stripping the roster bare. The Colts are in a similar predicament and cannot afford to keep both Mathis and Abraham. However, all three guys are going to cost a bundle.
I expect us to give a hard look to very good, but sub-Pro Bowl caliber defensive ends like the Packers' Aaron Kampman. |
