Dwayne Haskins is a grown man and has to take personal responsibility to be ready. It is his responsibility.
I have seen in the past several proactive rookie QB's hire/pay for a personal off season QB coach. Lord knows Dwayne can afford it.
Please do not give the Covid excuse as they can wear masks. A hired personal QB coach could have helped Dwayne work on fundamentals (his terrible footwork) and help Dwayne better learn his new playbook. I don't buy the poor little Dwayne Haskins is a victim of circumstance argument. He is not in jail.
I repeat an observation I made earlier, that Dwayne showed up to his NFL combine job interview out of shape and ran a terrible 40. One of the slowest in NFL history for QB. This is a CLEAR example of his work ethic and not taking personal responsibility in the past.
He is the one that has to do the work. Nobody is going to learn it or do it for him.

People making excuses for him is not going to help him learn and work hard.
