I agree. He's in a full evaluation, house-cleaning mode and while it won't be fun to watch this year, it should pay off in the future.

He's not only getting rid of those without the talent, he's cleaning up the culture by not tolerating any off-the-field problem children : Dunbar, Latimer, Guice...
