He's too old to run in 2024. He's too old to run now. Only reason he has a chance is because his opponent is Trump.

I firmly believe a younger more aggressive candidate would've run circles around Trump calling him on his hypocrisy. Biden's entire strategy seems to be let Trump make a fool of himself so bad it flips votes.

My way-too-early hypothesis is guessing Biden won't run in 2024 and it'll be a Kamala Harris ticket since the Dems refuse to consider radical change. She'll run on "let's keep the progress and stability going" while Liz Cheney will run on a "Democratic spending is out of control" platform. And if it's not Liz Cheney it will be some under-the-radar candidate like Josh Hawley. Option C being some insane radical celebrity that nobody saw coming in 2022.
