If they could somehow move Collins for a player/pick I would be ecstatic.

If not they need to put him in a LB/Hybrid role similar to what Seattle does with J. Adams. He just isn't good enough in coverage to rely on, but I do think he's an effective blitzer and is solid in run support, for the most part.
