If you want to talk culture change - did you hear one peep, rumor, innuendo, or shaming statement toward Haskins from "sources" over this past season. The closest we come is a note from Schrager (who??) that says RR wanted to cut Haskins. Hell who didn't want to cut him. Even in Schrager's story he says that they talked about reasons and Rivera chose to keep him. So, even from this attempt at stirring drama, they reinforce that the fact that Rivera a) is in charge b) listens to differing opinions and can reflect versus dictate.

Agree with your overall point. But the leaks about Haskins' work ethic right after his benching were a bad reminiscence of the past, and probably hurt his potential trade value after a quite good Ravens game IIRC.
