Very possible, but he was traded to Cleveland before Baker, and signed by San Diego before Herbert.

Either way, that's my point. He would be a good bridge QB if that's what they are looking for. But if Kyle Allen is healthy and they want a bridge QB, they probably just roll with him and Heinicke.
