While he maybe right on this, JLC and Chris Russell are 2 of the least reliable when it comes to WFT news. Personally I will wait for Keim, Rappaport, or Finlay to say it is a wrap. Typically scouting staff changes come after this year's draft, so my guess and expectation would be that any major changes come after that - unless KS receives a top notch offer.
