Put him on a team that has talent on offense, a great defense, and good coaching, and he can win.

I would say Carr is a bit above average, but hardly someone you trade for. He is rolling up on 30.

Stafford has a more elite physical skill set, especially arm strength and better deep ball accuracy, but that doesn't mean I love either.
