FWIW we are not close to the Chiefs. We are not one player away but it starts and ends with QB play IMO. Superior QB play will make the team better. We have already discussed Patrick's struggles against TB. From the craziness of moving three linemen to new positions the week leading up to the game. The lack of checking out of plays etc. He is 25 and still learning the position but will always have his team knocking on the playoff door if not at super bowl door year in and year out. A defensive player no matter how good, just as the Bears or Broncos, cannot do that. If Houston said Young for Watson straight up I would probably do it. We would still have a top ten defense but we would now have a top ten offense as well.
