In that same 20 years we have started at some point during those seasons a 1st round pick 17 out of those 20 years. the only 3 years we did not were Kirk's years.

Of those first round picks two were number one overall (George and Smith) and two others were second overall (McNabb and RGIII).

Zero Super Bowls and zero playoff wins.
