So far it's hard to not like what they are doing (and not doing) overall. It's really too early to be doling out grades for free agency moves. We don't have the whole picture yet after a whopping two days...

The team is making moves that clearly address needs and it looks like they have a good understanding of how the players they are signing match up with those needs. This is how a professional organization runs. Keep the goals in sight, balance needs of the team versus the constraints that the nfl and salary cap impose, and have a 2 to 3 year vision of getting and staying on top.

Add in a touch of RR koolaid for moves like letting Sundberg walk and its a good time to be a longtime fan of this team.
