On a year to year basis The top QB in the class was found in the top 10 draft picks 56% of time
18 QBs were identified as long term starters. 11 of 18 (61%) top 10 picks, 2 of 18 (11%) picks 11-32, 5 of 18 (28%) rounds 2-4.

Good stuff and that's why you will see 3 of these 5 QB's turn out to be backups or bust.
