The Saints didn't so much as get make it as push most of it to future years, they are back in cap hell again next year. Like with the Cowboys, you can always fix it for a year or two but it comes due eventually, they will be up against the cap for a few years desparately hoping the increase in the cap saves them. The increasing cap will necessarily lead to higher salary demands from their players.
