No finger pointing. Definitely a possibility that this guy was acting as a rogue employee. But after a while you gotta start looking at the Dan. We always wind up with the morons one way or another. Because where else are they going to go?
Alex Smith and Robin West had issues with this guy? It is the same old story. Good coaches, and good people move on while we hire losers and shifty shady shysters. Not defending DS, TRUST ME!

But Vermillion is RR's guy. DS isn't going sit in on every interview he hires the upper management its their job to fill their leaders.

I get that. I really do. And I don’t even want to put it on Ron but we just seem to be a magnet for this shit. You can always connect the dots. We keep Gruden and lose McVay. Gruden of course gets fired. We hire another guy who gets fired who brings this guy with him. It always comes back to Dan directly or indirectly. Am I playing a big game of connect the dots? Yes. Do i feel bad for doing it? No. Dan is a douche. But trust me i know as you have said and others that the guy came with Ron. He was there for years. Of course he was our director of rehab in 2002 so Dan was familiar with the man.
