I think the Dolphins might cough up some of this 900k's. And honestly I doubt they care too much as long as he doesn't ever test positive while in a Dolphins uniform again. He's single handedly brought a mediocre offense into contention and done nothing but whipass since he's joined the Dolphins. Not in recent time (including Stephen Davis) have the Redskins seen such a powerful back... Hopefully this season we'll see crazy!...
As for smoking a joint in the offseason should have less consequence than a DUI, coke etc. That argument is in another forum far far away.
Ricky is a badass. Whether he wants to smoke a j in the offseason or shit how about after running 200 yds and getting the shit pounded outta him? Guarantee ya that alot of players get legal drugs way more powerful than weed to help them through injuries and bruises. Remember seeing Terrell Owens on the sideline after getting his shoulder dislocated? He was happy as a mofo. But bottom line is rules is rules and well rules are meant to be broken and changed...
