New Redskins term!!!
The Redskins "HOV" lane was created last Sunday by Mike Sellers and Clinton Portis. Let's look for this to show up in the press! Gibbs please just take the 'HOV' lane in!!!

It is legal for an offensive player to hang onto the jersey of a teammate while holding the ball right? If it is I say let's do it again! Cause like Sellers says,
"I'm running downfield and all of a sudden I feel him on the waist of my pants," Sellers said of Portis. "He was just directing me this way or that way, and I told him I would take care of it. Used to be...Just like "pushing or helping a runner" But not anymore and dont ask me why. We probably wouldnt have gotten that last 1st down vs Cards if it was......

Yeah, my step-dad missed it and I ran outside yelling, "Holy shit man you have got to see this play...", then I thougth i was really setting him up for a big letdown, but I couldn't stop laughing... He was damn near sideways in the air before grabbing Sellers's jersey and getting pulled around till he got his legs back under him and slingshotting himself past Sellers's block into the endzone.
that was Hilarious!! |

Sellers new nickname should be "HOV", However I got the feeling that Portis thought that "HOV" lane was a little too slow. He was looking to pass, but there was a lot of "traffic"". Man we could go on and on with this..... Funny stuff. I hope to see more "HOV" this week against Dallas!
