The knock on Willis is he is a one read and run type of QB. Sure he can make the wow plays but in the NFL we all know QB's either make or break themselves on 3rd down. Can he be coached up to go through his reads? Can he set protections? He'll have to master this stuff because at Liberty it is clear he didn't have to. He could just out athlete everyone. IDK.. about Willis. I think a lot of us see RG3 all over again, although this kid seems a lot more humble and coachable. But this is the kind of guy that might get the fans excited again. Boom or bust pick for sure. I tend to think he won't make it if he is drafted here. A team like Pittsburgh where it is a stable organization would give him a better shot.

He isn’t the best decision maker, but he has an amazing arm and skill set. I personally think that the poor decision making is more of him knowing he is the best player on the field (at Liberty) and probably getting a little cocky thinking he can do anything he wants. To your point I believe he is high character, humble, coachable, and will absolutely understand he is in the NFL and cant just beat people based on his skill set alone.
