1. I dont know how or why his depo was leaked. His attorneys should have had a confidentiality non-disclosure agreement that im sure a judge would have signed off on with heavy sanctions attached.

2. Watson did well, just going by that clip. He answered questions in a short polite manner. You dont want your client giving long narrative answers. You want them to just answer the call of that question then shut up.

(Im sure he brought his own towel so his "dna" would leave with him on his towel and not be left behind. Smart really, probably a vet move by super pervy really rich guys.)
