My oldest brother is a big food guy, cooks amazing stuff, has a smoker, all types of grills etc

He was living in a condo type deal with a balcony, balconies above him, no gas or coal grills.

He bought an affordable electric grill and used wood chips and he was grilling foods just fine. No issues.

just an idea. not bad to have an electric grill anyway just in case.
