Just worry about making better calls, blitz more, be more aggressive instead of rushing 4 guys who can't get to the QB. Worry about putting Jamin Davis in better positions so he can be at his best, and not overwhelm him by putting him in the middle and making him the QB of the d when he only played a year in college. Just try and do your job better Jack.
