Not to get ahead of any official reporting, but JP was saying that the perps were allegedly 13 years old.

If true, that is unbelievable really. These kids should be doing their homework, or chasing girls, riding bikes, grabbing a milk shake, not roaming the streets looking for easy targets, robbing and shooting people...


They (BMitch/Finlay) also had a police officer on who said that he's had kids in handcuffs for similar crimes, and they flat out tell him they don't care, because they'll be right back out on the street doing the same thing tomorrow...

It's just sad we have kids out there doing these things - with apparently no consequences at home or with the legal system.
